Since 1978, 探花约炮 Christian School has been proudly serving the Northern Beaches community of Sydney, providing high-quality, Christ-centred education from Prep to Year 12. Located in Belrose, our vibrant and thriving school is home to a dedicated staff team and approximately 884 students, united in a shared commitment to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and pastoral care.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our community into its next chapter, commencing January 2027. This is an exceptional opportunity to inspire and guide a highly committed team, strengthen our Christ-centred educational practices, and equip young people to grow in their knowledge of Christ, love of learning, and service to others.
The successful candidate will bring:
- A mature and flourishing reformed, evangelical Christian faith, expressed through Godly wisdom, humility, and relational intelligence
- Proven experience in educational leadership, staff development, and curriculum excellence
- A commitment to the wellbeing of students and staff, coupled with strong operational and strategic management skills
- The ability to foster strong partnerships with families, churches, and the wider community and
- Experience navigating compliance, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
